TENANTS


 

We have Procedures in place to make our Property Management-Tenant relationship a smooth one.

  • $35 per adult Application Fee (click here to pay fee)
  • Credit/Background Check done through AAA Landlord Services
  • Bankruptcies/Foreclosures/Short Sales on record are OK.
  • No Past Evictions allowed.
  • Proof of Income and Employment of at least 1 year required.
  • AZ Driver's license or Government Issued ID is required.
  • Earnest Deposit to hold Property after application is accepted is equal to one half the Rent.
  • Earnest Deposit is non-refundable.
  • Earnest Deposit is applied to Security Deposit/Move-In costs
  • Security Deposit and One Month's Rent -- less Earnest Deposit -- is due at Move-In.
  • If Pet is allowed, Pet Deposit is $200 per pet.
  • Rent is paid ONLINE or by Cashier's Check or Money Order.
  • No checks or mailed rent is allowed.
  • Late fee is $75 plus $10/day.
  • Tenant is responsible for minor repairs under $50.
